Cancellations, No Shows, Late Arrivals, Refunds, Children, Cell Phones

Policies aren't fun or sexy to talk about, but we believe in transparency and it's crucial that we share with you what to expect for your future appointments, so let's get down to business.

Cancellations


Life happens, and we totally get it -. here's what you need to know...


Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice will be asked to pay 50% of the cancelled services prior to booking their next appointment.

No Shows


"No shows" or appointments that are missed without a 24 hr notice, will be asked to pay for their missed appointment in full prior to rebooking. We set aside time to make sure you have an amazing service experience, when you don’t show up for an appointment, or give less than a 24 hr notice, we are not able to accommodate another guest and lose that valuable time.

Late arrivals


Services for clients arriving late will either be adapted to fit the remaining time or given the option to reschedule for a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Refunds


If there's ever a time you aren't completely satisfied, please let your stylist know within 7 days of your appointment. Any modifications made to your hair or hair color by yourself or another stylist voids any refunds or re-do’s as this alters the service originally provided. (Our stylists are independent contractors and refunds or re-do’s must be given by the stylist who preformed the service)

Children


Little ones in the salon can interfere with our time together, hindering your stylist from being able to achieve your hair goals. Therefore, we ask that childcare is arranged prior to your appointment. We do not allow children in the salon without parent supervision during services. This is the best way to keep everyone safe and it will help you relax during your appointment and ensure the best results possible.

Cell phone policy


Our salon space is designed to give the most comfortable and relaxing experience possible. We want each guest who visits us to enjoy their service time equally and so we ask that you please place your phone and or other devices on silent. We understand that sometimes a phone call is necessary and so we ask that in the event that you must place a call or take a call, that you please do so outside.
