How far in advance should I book my appointment?

If you have a specific date, time, or stylist that you would like to schedule with, please reach out to us at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance. We will absolutely work to accommodate you, but we might be booked during a specific time if you make an appointment last minute.

What if I'm sick, or an emergency prevents me from my appointment?

Our cancellation policy can be viewed here. However, we realize that these things happen, and will try and work with you if you communicate with us. Our cancellation policy is a safeguard, put in place to protect us from no-call no-show cancellations that affect our business.

Please give us a call if you are sick to reschedule your appointment.
How do you know what type of correction I will need?

Color correction is an extremely significant process and the amount of time and effort required can vary widely case-to-case.

Our stylists are all experienced professionals and will evaluate the job at hand during your consultation. This will help us communicate how much work and time will be required to achieve your dream hair!
