Hi friend! My name is Molly Gillen and my passion is helping women find their inner beauty. I began my career in the hair industry almost 29 years ago, starting with Aveda, styling hair in New York, working as the director of color education for Delorenzo, and finally making Carlsbad my permanent hair home. I specialize in grey blending, short cuts, and corrective color. I love the time I get to spend with my clients and holding a safe space for them to relax and feel pampered.

When I’m not in the salon I love to cook or bake, travel, take a trip to Disney, and spend time with my family.

Each of the Stylists working out of The Style Lounge Carlsbad are independent. Service prices may vary depending on the independent stylist. All services prices are based on length and thickness of hair. Consultations are recommended and we encourage you to solicit a price quote from your stylist prior to service.
