Brunette & Gray Blending Colorist, Carlsbad

I'm a hair colorist based in Carlsbad Village, specializing in dimensional color, rich brunettes, and modern gray blending. My goal is color that grows out soft, without a hard line at the root. Most of my guests come to me because their brunette has gone flat and needs depth put back, or their gray is coming in and they'd rather blend it than cover it. I've been doing hair since 2008, and dimensional color still holds my heart because it comes down to small details: placement, tone, where the light hits. Finding inspiration in those details is the part I love most, along with getting to know the people who trust me with their hair.

I believe a salon appointment should be more than another item on your to-do list. It should be a chance to slow down, recharge, and leave feeling like the best version of yourself. Creating a welcoming, low-pressure experience is just as important to me as creating beautiful hair. I know life can be busy and overwhelming, so I love giving my clients a space where they can relax, laugh, vent about life, or simply enjoy a little quiet while someone else takes care of them.

When I'm not behind the chair, you'll usually find me convincing my husband that one more DIY project is a great idea, adding another plant to my ever-growing collection (we're not going to count the ones that didn't make it), or curled up on the couch with my rescue dogs, Jack Flash and Jolene Bean, and a fantasy novel that's almost guaranteed to keep me up way past my bedtime.
